The Minnesota Vikings and Houston Texans will be looking to get to 3-0 on Sunday afternoon. It's primed to be a great game with Brian Flores' defense taking on the young upstart quarterback C.J. Stroud.
The game itself has a lot of storylines surrounding it, mainly with Danielle Hunter and Stefon Diggs set to play their first road game at U.S. Bank Stadium. They will have to face a Vikings team wearing the best uniform in the National Football League.
Minnesota to wear Vikings Classic in Week 3 vs. Texans
The Vikings will once again be wearing the Vikings Classic on Sunday afternoon. It's a modernized version of the jersey they wore back in the 1960s.
The Vikings wore the jersey twice last season: a 20-17 opening week loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and 12-10 loss to the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football in week 13. Being that they are 0-2 in these jerseys, the Vikings will be looking to get their first win in these beauties.
The game will kick off at noon CST on Sunday.
