Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles County Court on two misdemeanor charges of Driving Under the Influence stemming from his arrest on July 12th.

The next step here will be a pre-trial conference hearing after the end of the regular season on January 9th. That will likely be where both camps will discuss the possibility of a settlement.

Addison was charged with two misdemeanors from his July arrest:

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol
  • Driving with a blood-alcohol content (BAC) over California's legal limit of 0.08

If Addison is convicted of these charges, he could face up to six months in jail and/or a suspension of his driver's license for up to six months and up to $2,000 in fines.

His legal journey isn't over yet, but it could end up being something that lingers for a while. Once the case is closed, Addison will be eligible for suspension under the personal conduct policy, which would likely be three games.
