The Minnesota Vikings are set to host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon, marking the third home game at U.S. Bank Stadium.

A couple of days out from the game, we are still learning about what both teams will look like. The Vikings are healthier than they have been since the start of Week 1, and it’s a good thing with their 5-0 record.

The Colts are in a much different spot, and that could pay massive dividends going forward. Thursday’s injury report shows how start of a difference the two teams are.

Observations

  • Simply put, the Vikings are in a great spot. Outside of Donovan Jackson and Josh Oliver, they are really healthy.
  • A second full day of practice for Christian Darrisaw and T.J. Hockenson likely means they are out of concussion protocol. We will learn more about that on Friday when Kevin O’Connell speaks to the media.

  • Some major improvement here for the Colts, but Sauce Gardner is still not practicing.
  • Tyler Warren also isn’t practicing, and that will be a big loss for Daniel Jones.
