The New Orleans Saints had a gut-wrenching loss on Thursday, after they, literally, threw the game away. No, really, Andy Dalton threw two pick-sixs with under two minutes remaining in the first half. But, we can keep telling ourselves it is alright because even at 2-5, they are still only 1.5 games behind the first-place spot in the NFC South.

I get the disrespect that may come this team's way, as they haven't performed well. But, I feel like a lot of people are forgetting that this team has the most injuries in the NFL, and a lot of them are key starters.

The recent disrespect came Sunday when the Saints weren't even playing.

We all know that the Saints' next opponent is the 2-4 Las Vegas Raiders, but we also know that the Saints are at home for the Week 8 matchup. Apparently BetOnline.AG doesn't know that, as they made the Raiders the 2.5-point favorite.

This is just my opinion, but I'd take the underdog in this bet. The Saints could have a lot of their starters back. Not to mention, they will be at home after losing a tough game that will have them fired up.

But hey, maybe the 'experts' know what they are talking about.
