The Philadelphia Eagles are back in the spotlight for alleged locker room drama after A.J. Brown was blunt with his answer on what needs to change for the team moving forward following their narrow Week 14 win over the Carolina Panthers.

"Passing," Brown said, which looked like he had taken a shot at Jalen Hurts.

Things only spiraled from there after veteran defensive end Brandon Graham went on the local radio and said, "Things have changed," between the quarterback-wide receiver duo.

"The person that's complaining needs to be accountable, and I'm just being honest, and he knows this. I don't know the whole story, but I know that [Hurts] is trying and [Brown] could be better with how he responds to things," Graham said. "They were friends before this, but things have changed, and I understand that because life happens. But, it's the business side that we have to make sure that we don't let the personal get in the way of the business, and that's what we gotta do better right now."

Nick Sirianni Shuts Down Latest Eagles Drama

Head coach Nick Sirianni joined the same radio show the following day where he shut down any narrative surrounding the drama.

"I didn't take it that way," Sirianni said of Brown's original comment during an appearance on 94WIP Morning Show. "You can do anything and spin it anyway. I took it as we want to get better as a passing attack. A.J. is part of the passing attack. And so, we all want to be better at it …Jalen and A.J. are both really outstanding people and both really outstanding players and I love that our players are wanting to get better, desire to get better, and that's what we talk about all of the time."

Sirianni went on to acknowledge that the outsiders do not have all of the information and that what he sees daily doesn't add up to what is being stirred up by the media and fans.

"Let's be honest, you guys don't have all of the information," Sirianni said. "All I can judge things on is what I see on a daily basis. When I see A.J. and Jalen communicating about the game plan, eating lunch together every single day, praying with each other before the game. There's going to be speculation and I get it, rightfully so based on what has happened the last couple of days. But all you can do is judge what you see."

Sirianni also emphasized that this 2024 Eagles team is far off from the one that actually did have inside issues and ultimately collapsed last year.

"If you want to go back to last year, I felt like there wasn't joy sometimes after wins. So one thing we talk about is just being able to celebrate together and how important that is," Sirianni said. "What we do is, every Monday after the game we show our celebrations together after big plays and kind of a montage of that. I see so much joy from this team.

"Based off of what happened the last couple of days, 'Oh man there's a little 2023 vibes.' I see a lot of 2022 vibes. I just see joy. You can look at what you see in one week, but I'm looking at the big picture and again, I see it as everybody wants to get better. I can only judge them based on the things I see on a daily basis."
