San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk's wife Kristin has been one of unexpected stars of the NFL playoffs, catching the eye with her skills as a fashion designer in making custom jackets for Taylor Swift, Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Lautner to wear to the games.
Her work has understandably, given her headline customer, attracted a lot of attention, including from inside the Shanahan household.
Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, Shanahan was asked if he had approached his All-Pro fullback about the possibility of getting a jacket.
"No I haven't," Shanahan replied. "But my wife actually was talking about that, I told her I don't have a number so you better not where that, that would be so embarrassing for us.
"But she's [Juszczyk] awesome, she does that stuff all the time. My daughter has liked to make clothes since she was like seven years old so she's always sending her some stuff too that they try to make, it's awesome, it's cool."
Requests for more custom jackets are sure to be flooding in, but don't expect Shanahan's other half to be following in Taylor Swift's footsteps and rocking one on the sideline when the Niners host the Green Bay Packers on Saturday.
