The Tampa Bay Buccaneers just wrapped up their fourth straight division title and fifth straight playoff appearance on Sunday, topping the New Orleans Saints 27-19 at Raymond James Stadium.
As the first-place team in the NFC South, that means they now know who they will be facing in 2025 at home and on the road.
Aside from the annual home and home with the rest of their NFC South rivals, the Bucs were already locked into playing the AFC East and NFC West as part of their divisional rotation next year. They will add as their last home opponent the Philadelphia Eagles, who finished first in the NFC East. It'll be a Raymond James Stadium rematch, as the Bucs played the Eagles at home this year, winning 33-16 back in September.
On the road, the Bucs were slated to also add their NFC North and AFC South divisional counterparts, meaning the team who finished in the same spot as the Bucs in those divisions in 2024. That turned out to the Detroit Lions in the North, who clobbered the Vikings 31-9 Sunday night to win the division. The Texans also won their division, so they will host the Bucs next year.
Tampa Bay fans now know who the who and where of their 2025 schedule. The when will be revealed in April, when the NFL typically does its full schedule release each year.
