The Las Vegas Raiders are making moves. And, that's largely because of new minority owner Tom Brady, who has had a huge role in all of the front office and coaching staff hires they have made this offseason. And, while we weren't sure how his role would look when this offseason started because he didn't really have a role in the decision-making prior to this, we knew that Mark Davis would respect Brady's football insight.

Brady has now helped bring in Pete Carroll. The former Seattle Seahawks head coach who won a Super Bowl, and John Spytek at general manager, who was the assistant general manager for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but has a relationship with Brady from their days at Michigan. So you can literally say he is a huge reason the Raiders were even able to get those two.

And, some of the players, specifically the most important player on the team, and the franchise, cornerstone guy, are already noticing the change Brady is making, too.

"Tom Brady is a legend so however he can help would be dope. He's the GOAT. He has a lot of intelligence. Nobody has won more Super Bowls than him. It's awesome that he's a part of the team," Maxx Crosby told Vegas Sports Today.

Now finding front office people to fill the voids of the ones that were fired this offseason, is not Brady's only job. Outside from calling the Super Bowl in a week that will feature the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, Brady will also be tasked with finding the Raiders their next quarterback.

And, that job may be the most important one yet. The Raiders have needed a quarterback for a long time, but one that can finally get them over that 20-year hump, one that hasn't seen them win a playoff game in two decades. And, if there is anyone you want to find your quarterback, it's probably Tom Brady.
