The Tennessee Titans had one of the best overall defensive units in the NFL in 2021. The back end played a big role in that. They have talent all over the place throughout the defense, but one cornerback in the secondary has certainly stepped up. That would be young up and comer Kristian Fulton.

Fulton has had a pretty strong camp showing, too. There have been som blips in one-on-one drills, but that happens to every cornerback in the NFL. He has become the clear cut CB1 for the Titans.

The Titans need him to continue to develop, too. He's actually one of the most seasoned options at cornerback for the team, so his veteran presence is already growing. Caleb Farley has made some strides, but he is still inexperienced at the NFL level. Rookie Roger McCreary will play a role this season, too.

There's sizable pressure on Fulton, but he has delivered in most scenarios so far in his career. The Titans will need his impressive development to continue in order to contend in the AFC.
