The Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams almost made it through their joint practices without a major scuffle.
And then with just a few reps left on Thursday, all hell broke loose.
There was a massive brawl that caused the practice to end earlier than anticipated.
In the aftermath of the brawl, a video was put on social media (deleted and then recovered) of Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald swinging a helmet at Bengals players.

Insanity.
Ultimately, that's just a bunch of competitive guys going at it.
But you have to wonder if Donald will get suspended for his actions. Or if the team/NFL (typically, suspensions from practice are handed out by the team…at least that's been the case in the past) will view Donald as just one of many players that were involved in the scuffle.
Either way, it was a shocking way to end an otherwise mostly calm practice.
I guess these two teams still have some disdain for each other after last season's Super Bowl matchup.
