The Tennessee Titans held on by the seat of their britches to defeat the Indianapolis Colts. It was a really important win for the race for the division in the AFC South. Unfortunately for the Colts, they may have lost a lot more than just a football game versus the Titans.

They sustained injuries to two of their best players.

Linebacker Shaq Leonard and running back Jonathan Taylor were both injured and were forced to leave the game.

They did not return against the Titans.

Leonard suffered a concussion, and Taylor has an ankle injury.

Both players are vital to the Colts. Leonard is the signal caller for their defense. He is arguably the best linebacker in football.

Taylor struggled against the Titans, but he is normally one of the top runners in the NFL. Tennessee contained him very well.

Meanwhile, Titans' RB Derrick Henry had a very impressive outing.

The Thursday night game couldn't have come at a worse time for the Colts. They could be without two of their top talents.

At 1-2-1, they really need a win to stay on pace for a shot at the division. They will face Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos on Thursday before two divisional games against the Jacksonville Jaguars and Titans.

The Titans will look to take care of business at home against the Colts then.
