The Tennessee Titans have high aspirations once again this season. Injury regression should be on their side, and they have a solid roster that can win the AFC South. A former Heisman Trophy winner has high expectations for the Titans in 2022.
Former Baylor and NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III tweeted about his belief in the Titans last week.
It's clear that he believes that the Titans are currently being overlooked. They had an extreme assortment of injuries last season and will almost certainly be healthier this year. That starts with star running back Derrick Henry.
Plus, the defense should take another step forward. The Titans defense was arguably a top ten unit last season, and their young core will continue to develop. The Titans also sit in the easiest division in the AFC. That helps their chances for a better seed in the postseason as well as a division crown. Divisions like the AFC North or AFC West are much more difficult top-to-bottom.
