The NFL Scouting Combine is on the horizon, and the New Orleans Saints are busy. One of their formal meetings this week will stand out for fans, though.
The Saints met with LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels on Tuesday evening. Daniels won the 2024 Heisman Trophy.
If the Saints want Daniels, they'll need to trade up. Of course, you cannot rule that out with New Orleans. They're arguably the most aggressive team in the NFL in the first round of the draft.
Daniels is widely expected to go in the top five picks. New Orleans currently picks at 14th overall. He was unbelievably accomplished during his time with the Tigers.
