The Las Vegas Raiders are still one of the few teams looking for an offensive coordinator to pair with the rest of their staff, which looks pretty good so far.

They have the defensive side filled pout for the most part, with Patrick Graham leading the charge as defensive coordinator. Now, they need an offensive coordinator that fits the style of football Antonio Pierce wants – big plays down the field with a great running game.

They have interviewed several candidates for the job, but now it seems they are starting to fall one by one as other teams hire them, like Zac Robinson, who was likely Tom Telesco's top target. Another one could potentially be hired by another team soon after some recent news.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the former Browns OC Alex Van Pelt, who is a big name on the Raiders candidate list for their vacant job, is heading to Tampa to interview for the vacant Bucs OC job.

Just to be completely frank, the Tampa job may be one that's more wanted or coveted than the Las Vegas job. The Buccaneers just got one of their offensive coordinator a head coaching job in Dave Canales this last season. Not to mention, they made the playoffs, and Tampa is a beautiful city, as is Las Vegas.

This is definitely something to be on the watch for.
