The Indianapolis Colts elected to release Michael Strachan from their practice squad yesterday, and it didn't take him long for him to land on his feet.

David Canter of Strachan's representation, GSE Worldwide, shared that he has signed with the Carolina Panthers practice squad.

Michael Strachan or, better known as Mike Strachan, was drafted by the Colts in the 7th round of the 2021 NFL Draft and spent the last two seasons with the Colts. His head coach during those years was Frank Reich, who is now with the Carolina Panthers, where the two will now reunite. Strachan has been a training camp/preseason standout every year he's been in the NFL but has struggled to take that success into the regular season. He will now get a fresh start in Carolina, where Reich will now get to continue to develop the 6 foot 5 WR.
