The latest NFL news highlights how poorly the New England Patriots are playing.

In Week 15, they had a primetime matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs scheduled on Monday Night Football at Gillette Stadium. However, that game has officially been moved.

For the first time, the Monday Night Football game was flexed. The Eagles-Seahawks will take the spot on Dec. 18, while the Patriots-Chiefs are moved to 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Taking Mahomes out of primetime is a move that the NFL typically would not make.

But having to come to the 2-9 Patriots was enough to move the game. And that proves just how bad they truly are this season.

This game also had the potential to bring in even more viewers because with Travis Kelce coming to Gillette Stadium, many wondered if Taylor Swift would make the trip.

Especially because this is a special place for her, having been the first NFL stadium show she ever played. And she refers to this place as "Foxy Foxborough."

But this game will no longer be in primetime.

This was quite the decision by the NFL, but hey, you can't blame them.
