The New Orleans Saints have a major matchup in Week 16. They'll face the Los Angeles Rams with plenty at stake on Thursday Night Football. Both teams sit at 7-7, fighting for their playoff hopes.
There's been a positive development for New Orleans, though. The Saints offense is expected to have their top wide receiver back on the field.
Chris Olave is expected to return from his ankle injury this week, according to Nick Underhill.
Olave missed last week's 24-6 victory over the New York Giants. He did not practice at all last week.
Olave was listed as limited for the team's walkthrough on Tuesday. That's a step forward.
The young wideout is the offense's top WR. He's totaled 918 yards on 72 receptions and four touchdowns this season. The Saints are much more talented with him on the field.
