Despite being named a Pro Bowler, Steelers All-Pro safety Minkah Fitzpatrick has been in and out of the lineup with injury this year. 

First, it was a hamstring injury that caused him to miss a month. 

Then came a knee injury that sidelined him for the last two weeks. 

Well, according to Minkah himself, those injuries are behind him and he's ready to go:

Well, luckily for Minkah and the Steelers, Pittsburgh wrapped up a playoff spot earlier today thanks to the Titans' upset win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. 

It goes without saying how important Fitzpatrick is to the defense, as despite missing six games he's second on the team in tackles, is a vocal leader, and a versatile chess piece that coordinators covet. 

So despite what looks like an injury that will sideline T.J. Watt and with Pittsburgh as likely underdogs no matter where they play next weekend, this is just the boost the team needed.
