The Philadelphia Eagles' social media team shared a nearly 10-minute video that showed Saquon Barkley's first 24 hours as an Eagle.
And on his drive over to the Eagles' NovaCare Complex, Barkley shared a hilarious story about his five-year-old daughter, Jada Clare, and her reaction to her dad signing with a new team.
"She knows there's a lot of history in my career with the Eagles. One time when I was with the Giants and we lost to the Eagles in the playoffs. We went to the diner to get some breakfast and there was a bird. She was like 'Daddy oh no, it's the Eagles.'
"So when I told her that we were going to be going to Philly, she was just like, 'Does that mean we're going to win now?'"
Barkley's daughter is sharp for being so young while completely understanding that she'll now be on the winning side of history.
Since Barkley was drafted second overall by the New York Giants in 2018, the Eagles have dominated the rivalry, winning their last 10 of 13 matchups.
Barkley is hopeful that the Eagles will continue to stack more wins against his former team.
"Hopefully, we can win some more games," Barkley said.
Jada was also shown in the video singing the Eagles' fight song.
Barkley has no idea how she learned it so quickly but it's safe to say that she's stolen the hearts of many Eagles fans.
