A Georgia Bulldogs starter made quite the statement about Neyland Stadium recently.
And it was a statement that will make Tennessee Vols fans smile, while likely irking Georgia fans.
Offensive lineman Tate Ratledge recently spoke on "Real Talk Georgia" and he suggested that Neyland Stadium is the best stadium in the SEC.
"No offense to Sanford (Stadium) or Georgia, but Neyland Stadium is the best stadium in the SEC," said Ratledge.
Ratledge famously grew up a Tennessee fan, but he opted to sign with the Bulldogs over the Vols in late 2019.
After Ratledge signed with Georgia, his dad, who also cheered for Tennessee prior to his son landing with the Bulldogs, took the huge Power T decal off his truck.
I guess Ratledge, who will play in Neyland Stadium this fall when Georgia heads to Knoxville, still has some love for the Vols deep down.
