Five-star OL Maxwell Hiller to visit Ohio State this week after Penn State
2027 five-star Coatesville Area (PA) OL Maxwell Hiller will take a visit to Ohio State on Friday, according to Rivals’ Steve Wiltfong. The visit to Columbus will come after Hiller takes a visit to the Penn State Nittany Lions on Wednesday.
Hiller is the No. 1 interior offensive lineman and No. 10 player nationally in the class of 2027, per 247 Sports Composite. Hiller is the No. 2 player in the state of Pennsylvania and a big-time Penn State target.
The 6-foot-5, 300-pound offensive lineman was offered by the Buckeyes back on Sept. 11, 2024. Hiller has several schools involved including Alabama, Florida, Clemson, Georgia, and Michigan in addition to the Nittany Lions.
Ohio State has three offensive line commitments with a trio of three-star offensive tackles Mason Wilt, Brody McNeel, and Kellen Wymer. Both Wilt and Wymer are in-state recruits for the Buckeyes.
Hiller is a major target of the Buckeyes and he has the attention of both Ryan Day and offensive line coach Tyler Bowen in his recruitment. Getting him on campus this week is a win for the Buckeyes that they can potentially build off of.
