Miami Dolphins center Aaron Brewer gets put into some impressive company amid a big endorsement
The company that Miami Dolphins offensive line coach Zach Yenser just put his center into is an impressive group.
The Miami Dolphins have a handful of “foundational pieces” on their 2026 roster. The team, as they’ve told us publicly for months, believes that center Aaron Brewer is among them.
With Brewer entering into a contract year with Miami, all eyes are on whether or not this team irons out a new deal with the 2025 All-Pro. If they’re on the fence about it privately, they haven’t shown it publicly. And, as a matter of fact, Brewer just got a massive endorsement from his new offensive line coach, Zach Yenser. Yenser put Brewer into some attention-grabbing company.

“(The) mentality of just how (to conduct yourself), that room ran because of that. Same thing with Trent Williams) and same thing with with (Laremy Tunsil) in Houston. They just set the tone…they didn’t have to say much because of how they played and how they worked. I think it’s a huge benefit if you have a guy like that in the room. And I compare — I know it’s a different position — but like for our room right now, that’s kind of how Aaron Brewer is in our room. Just that leadership role. The guys look up to him. He obviously playing really good football and I put him in that that type of player for our room.”

Well hello. Trent Williams, Laremy Tunsil, and Joe Staley (not a part of the quote) are three terrific football players. And no one should be questioning whether or not Aaron Brewer is a terrific football player or not, either. So to hear him and his impact on a room invoked in the same sentence as those guys? That’s a heck of a compliment. And probably a pretty good indicator of how seriously Miami needs to be addressing getting Brewer signed long-term, too.
