Vikings Final Week 1 Injury Report: It literally couldnt be better for Minnesota, and the Packers aren’t as lucky
Things are looking great for the Minnesota Vikings going into Week 1, and the Green Bay Packers aren’t nearly as healthy.
The Minnesota Vikings are set to take on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon, and the excitement is palpable.
It’s not just there because of it being the first game of the season, but rather there are interesting questions to answer, especially since the Vikings are starting their fourth different starting quarterback in the last four years. Kyler Murray is very intriguing for a number of reasons, mainly that this style of offense hasn’t had a player like him.
For the Packers, they are also dealing with a new coordinator, as Jonathan Gannon will be debuting as defensive coordinator. Both sides have interesting elements to figure out.

- You couldn’t ask for a better version of an injury report on Friday other than not having a single name on the list. It would be impressive if the Vikings have a better Friday injury report the rest of the season.
- J.J. McCarthy is still QB3 going into the game, meaning he will only get into the game if the top two quarterbacks are injured.
