The Las Vegas Raiders have a slight advantage over the San Francisco 49ers. They play Sunday, but the final injury report released Friday, just days before, shows the Niners have a problem: they’re pretty banged up.

The Raiders have their own injuries. According to Klint Kubiak and Friday’s final injury report, the Raiders will be without defensive tackle Thomas Booker. This means more snaps for Foley Fatukasi, J.J. Pegues, Adam Butler, and Kwity Paye. They will need all hands on deck and help from everyone.

This San Fran offensive line is pretty decent, and they’ve held up well this season on both sides of the ball. Vegas is also expected to limit snaps for Darien Porter, as he’s questionable. That means they will need help from Jermod McCoy, Hezekiah Masses, and others.

49ers also have injuries, but their situation may be worse

The 49ers are expected to be without Mike Evans, Christian Kirk, and Deebo Samuel. That’s a huge hit to their offense. We are talking about 426 total receiving yards combined between just Evans and Samuel. Brock Purdy has been great for the 49ers, but he’ll be without two of his best weapons. Still, George Kittle leads the team with 425 yards, and Christian McCaffrey is a huge weapon, too. Wide receiver Demarcus Robinson is also questionable.

Former Raiders CB Nate Hobbs is questionable for the 49ers. CB Upton Stout and S Siren Neal are also questionable. They also had seven other players listed on their injury report this week, but had no pregame designation. Star defensive end Nick Bosa, star tackle Trent Williams, and McCaffrey are all listed, but are full go’s.

The Raiders have to take advantage of this. This could be a home game for them, depending on the showing they get. Expect a bunch of Raiders fans in attendance.
