After a minor scare on Wednesday, the Miami Dolphins received a positive injury update on Thursday at practice.
Tyreek Hill was back at practice after missing the previous day due to a hip injury, according to NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe.
Wolfe added that Hill was running routes, catching passes, and didn't appear to be taking it slow during the drills.
Hill has been key for the Dolphins during their strong run this season, having 53 receptions for 902 yards and seven touchdowns already. In comparison, Kendrick Bourne who is leading the charge for the Patriots, has 34 reception for 370 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
During the Dolphins-Patriots first matchup this season in Week 2, Hill had a team-high five receptions with one touchdown, but was held to a total of 40 yards.
That was in large part due to the defensive performance of rookie cornerback Christian Gonzalez, who was tasked with guarding the star receiver. However, the Patriots are without Gonzalez, who is out for the season with a dislocated shoulder and torn labrum.
Fortunately for the Dolphins, but unfortunately for the Patriots, Hill is on track to be ready to go on Sunday and will be a key part in Miami's plan.
