Simms has previously visited Tennessee twice, including an unofficial visit for the Vols' blowout win against South Carolina this past September.

Missouri is another program that will receive an official visit from Simms.

Simms, 6-foot-3/192 lbs from St. Louis, MO, is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 44 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 4 player in the state of Missouri.
