The New Orleans Saints have their new starting quarterback.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Saints are signing Derek Carr to a four-year deal.

Carr vetoed a trade to the Saints last month so that he could become a free agent. As result, Carr weighed all his options for his next destination with the New York Jets and Carolina Panthers in the mix as well, and the former seemed to have the upper hand as of Sunday.

The Saints would not be denied though, and now, after nine seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders, Carr is headed to New Orleans.
