The New Orleans Saints expected to get one of their running backs back in Week 16 on Thursday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams. Unfortunately, that won't be the reality for the offense.
Saints rookie running back Kendre Miller won't play in Week 16 vs. Rams, according to NOFNetwork.
This news come after reports during the week that Miller would return against the Rams on TNF. He has not played since November 5th because of an ankle injury.
Saints head coach Dennis Allen said that Miller would be available to the Saints after returning to practice this week. Apparently, that situation has changed in the past 24 hours.
