No one had Ohio State losing to Michigan once again for a fourth straight time this year. The difference in the rosters is easy to see, but Ohio State was still dropped for a fourth straight time.

Thanks to the expanded format in the College Football Playoff, the Buckeyes have no time to sit around and pout about the loss to Michigan. Ohio State still has a big goal to play for and that is to win a National Championship. The road there begins on Saturday when they host Tennessee in the first round.

Heading into that game, Ohio State quarterback Will Howard has the approach that you want to hear about moving on from Michigan.

"We can't let them beat us twice. We can't," Howard said during his media availability Monday. "It's better to use that as motivation, to come back from it, to challenge myself to be better. You still feel it but you have to move on from it."

Howard didn’t play well against Michigan just like the rest of the offense. Howard finished just 19-of-33 for 175 passing yards and just one touchdown to two interceptions. But as he said, it is now a game that they have to put behind them. Holding onto that game is how you go and get beat again.

Michigan is playing Alabama in a bowl game that has no big meaning for their postseason. Ohio State has a chance to play for it all in front of them, so they have to treat it for what it is.

The Buckeyes are a -7.5 favorite at home over Tennessee and they will need a much better performance than they showed last time out if they want to take down the Vols.
