The LSU Tigers are in a really good spot right now. They are 6-1 after a win over Arkansas and in a prime spot to make the College Football Playoff.

One of the things that will help you get into the College Football Playoff is high end talent that goes in the first round of the NFL Draft. The Tigers have two such players and they happen to play the same position: offensive tackle.

Our NFL Draft experts at A to Z Sports, including myself, did a roundtable mock draft and both offensive tackles went in the top 10. Will Campbell went to the New York Giants at sixth overall.

The Evan Neal experiment didn't go according to plan in New York, and while they need a QB, Campbell forms a potential set of bookends at tackle to pair with Andrew Thomas. – Rob Gregson

Emery Jones Jr. went at eighth overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Supporting Trevor Lawrence needs to be priority number one and Jones is arguably the best tackle on the board with both Campbell and Banks potentially moving inside to guard. Jones can be an anchor on the outside for Lawrence right away and help keep him healthy. – Tyler Forness

Both players could end up playing guard at the next level but they are both elite blockers who can shut down the guy in front of them. Wherever they end up playing in the NFL, success is likely going to follow them.
