The Vanderbilt Commodores (9-11, 0-7) were dominated by the Kentucky Wildcats (17-3, 6-1) in a 87-52 loss at home in Nashville.

The Commodores dug themselves into a hole in the first half, falling 30 points behind the Wildcats before the second half had even started.

Vandy's woes did not end in the first half, however. With just under eight minutes left in the second half, UK still doubled Vanderbilt's points.

Ultimately, UK won a game that was never truly close and prevented Vandy from getting a win in the SEC.
