Many players hold camps during the summer, like Alontae Taylor did this offseason. Carr has been moving around Louisiana, often alongside teammates to help improve the communities around New Orleans.

Carr and star linebacker Demario Davis recently held a Night of Worship locally, too. They've grown close over the past two years since the QB arrived.

The faith-child born of a collaboration between the New Orleans Saints linebacker (Davis) and quarterback (Carr) helped fill to capacity the 2,243-seat Mahalia Jackson Theater, and allowed them to see a sample size of what they'd envisioned when they expanded their bond to spotlight the Christian beliefs and values that have drawn them closer.

Tyrann Mathieu has gotten extremely involved in local communities since he came to the Saints, too. His homegrown talent holds his heart quite close to the city and its people.

Alvin Kamara and Cameron Jordan have also held camps in recent years to help the youth learn more about football and develop during the offseason. There's a long list of players, current and former, that have gotten involved with folks around New Orleans. It's great to see every time.

All in all, Carr's latest endeavor is yet another great example of a Saints veteran helping out in the community. These type of actions should never go overlooked.
