Los Angeles Rams load up with support for Matthew Stafford, and replace long-term starter in latest 4-round 2026 NFL mock draft
Latest 4-round 2026 NFL mock draft gives the Los Angeles Rams more support for Matthew Stafford, as well as injects the secondary with talent.
The Los Angeles Rams look like a team that has a chance to make a Super Bowl run this season. With head coach Sean McVay in place and quarterback Matthew Stafford playing at an all-time level, this is a dangerous team heading down the stretch of the 2025 NFL season. While the short term is all everyone is thinking about, you know that general manager Les Snead always has an eye towards the future as well.
With the winning window open, it is Snead’s job to keep it open as long as possible. For the first time in a very long time, the Rams have two first-round selections in the 2026 NFL Draft. Continuing to hit on those selections will offer the team the chance to extend its window for success. In the latest 4-round 2026 NFL mock draft, the team did just that. Both sides of the football got some much-needed support.
Round 1, Pick 10: Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee
McCoy has missed the entire 2025 season with a knee injury, but is an outstanding player when healthy. Some have forgotten just how good McCoy is, but the NFL sure hasn’t. He is a press-man cornerback with tremendous instincts and fluidity. If he can stay healthy, this is Jaycee Horn all over again.
Round 1, Pick 28: Caleb Lomu, OT, Utah
Warren McClendon has done a very nice job filling in for Rob Havenstein, but the Rams would be remiss to not solidify the right tackle spot. Lomu is a player who has a ton of upside and has the look of a bookend long term. He also has the natural strength to play inside if that is what is best for the Rams’ offense. That versatility and upside are a huge selling point.
Round 2, Pick 60: Kamari Ramsey, S, USC
With Ramsery being a bit backed up this season, too many people have forgotten how good a player he is. While he has played all over the place, Ramsey has the processing and range to make a ton of plays from depth. He can also play a bit in the nickel, mimicking the impact that Quentin Lake has had, and could be his replacement with Lake being a free agent this offseason.
Round 3, Pick 92: Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia
The Rams under McVay have always prioritized getting the football to their wide receivers in space, and Branch fits that profile perfectly. The former USC and Georgia standout still has a long way to go as a pure receiver, but there is no question that he excels working in space. Branch has the ability to turn short gains into explosives and can also impact special teams as a punt returner.
