Rightfully so, the two biggest question marks of the offseason obviously hold pertinence.

Chargers expected to sign former Steelers CB Donte Jackson
Free-agent cornerback Donte Jackson and the Chargers reached agreement on a 2-year, $13 million deal. The deal was negotiated by Drew Rosenhaus.

Jackson will be a bit of an acquired taste in Los Angeles and for HC Jim Harbaugh. After receiving him in a trade that sent Diontae Jackson packing, many were skeptical of trading for an often injured corner who is smaller and slighter than what the Steelers normally covet.
And those people were partially right. On one hand, Jackson dealt with a litany of injuries all season and into the playoffs. On the other, he had the best year of his career, recording a career-high in interceptions while nearly tying a career-low in completion percentage allowed. Still yet to reach 30, he offers a solid depth piece in a secondary.
If the Steelers do anything else this free agent cycle, signing a CB is one that you should bet on. Beyond that, drafting a CB in the top 100 of the NFL Draft shouldn't be ruled out either.
There is already one name being floated as a potential option for the Steelers, and his Super Bowl ring, six Pro Bowls, and All-Pro resume should have the Steelers very interested if he reaches the market.
Who? That would be Darius Slay, who is already being tied to the Steelers.
We'll see where things go from here.
