Tennessee Vols legend Jay Graham has a new coaching job in football.

On Tuesday, Graham was announced as the new head football coach at Centennial High School in Franklin, TN.

Graham, who played at Tennessee from 1993 to 1996, is a North Carolina native who spent five seasons in the NFL (Graham played for Baltimore Ravens, Seattle Seahawks, and Green Bay Packers).

The former Vol was mostly recently the special teams coordinator and tight ends coach at East Tennessee State following a brief stint at Alabama in 2021.

Graham was on staff at Tennessee on three different occasions. He was Derek Dooley's running backs coach in 2012 and he was Jeremy Pruitt's running backs coach in 2020. Additionally, Graham was a graduate assistant under Phillip Fulmer in 2005 (Graham has also spent time on staff at Texas A&M, Florida State, and South Carolina).

Interestingly, former Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kevin Dyson, better known these days as Dr. Kevin Dyson, is the principal at Centennial High School.

This will be Graham's first head coaching job in a coaching career that now spans two decades.
