After some social media buzz surrounding Sanders' Pro Day performance and mechanics, the giants wide receiver went to bat for him on Twitter/X. He doesn't think Sander's patting of the ball before passing it will doom his NFL career.
There is no lack of confidence in the rookie quarterback from the Giants wide receiver. Slayton believes in him to a certain degree, or he would not be publicly defending him like he did following the Pro Day for Colorado.
