The 2025 NFL Draft is quickly approaching and teams around the league only have a few more days to wrap up the pre-draft visits with prospects of interest.

That includes the Top-30 visits getting announced all over the place and local Pro Days expected to occur as well for various teams.

The Chicago Bears have brought in some intriguing names at the top of the draft on Top-30 visits, but those visits are also important to see who the team could be zeroing in on during the later rounds or as priority undrafted free agent (UDFA) signings.

Bears Reported Top-30 Visits

Latest interest in Dontae Fleming gives possible late-round or UDFA target

On Monday, the latest name to join the growing list of Top-30 visits coming to Chicago was Tulane wide receiver, via Ryan Fowler.

Fleming has had a quiet draft process after not being invited to the NFL Scouting Combine but still took part in the Tulane Pro Day a few weeks back and is starting to generate some interest finally after a big year and given his ability as a returner.

With the Bears being interested, this could point to where the team goes with one of their two seventh-round selections or maybe bringing Fleming in as a UDFA signing once the draft comes to an end if his name isn't called.

After transferring from Louisiana in 2023, Fleming stepped up in a big way during his second season at Tulane posting career-highs in receptions (31) and receiving yards (598). It's interesting to see the Bears showing interest in Fleming as a potential late-round or UDFA target and not his teammate Mario Williams.

Williams transferred to Tulane in 2024 and led the team in receiving yards and touchdowns. The prior two seasons, he played to USC catching passes from Bears quarterback Caleb Williams including seven touchdowns from 2022-2023. Nevertheless, Fleming seems to be the one on the team's radar right now.
