Brandon Beane will have his eyes on a freaky athlete at the NFL Scouting Combine that would fill a huge need for the Buffalo Bills

A true one-tech, an interior defensive lineman that eats up space and double teams in the A gap, is a huge need for the Buffalo Bills. Da'Quan Jones hasn't looked the same over the last two season, and at 33-years-old, It's up in the air as to whether or not the Bills bring him back for next season.

Even if they do, the Bills need to be planning for the future at the position. If there was ever a year to need defensive tackles, the 2025 NFL Draft class is the one to do it. The position group is wildly deep this season, with plenty of big guys that could be instant impact players for Buffalo. Michigan's Kenneth Grant in particular is a rare size of athleticism and size, and it looks like there's a good chance he'll be available for the Bills late in the first round. Grant has been linked to the Bills regularly in recent weeks, for good reason.

Grant is in the range of 6'3" 340 lbs., and there is zero way he should be able to move the way that he does. He is an unbelievable athlete for being a mountain of a man, and he eats up huge amounts of space. To stuff the run and to free up other players to get pressure on the quarterback, like Ed Oliver and Greg Rousseau, Grant is exactly the type of player that the Bills need.

There is plenty of reason to believe that Grant hasn't even reached his full potential. The expectation is that he's going to post some nutty athletic testing numbers for his size. While the thought is he's a late first-round draft target, he might even test himself out of Buffalo's draft pick range.

Like, come on. An interior defensive lineman chasing down a running back from behind 25 yards downfield? That's absurd.

He's a name to circle for the fans at home, and he's one that I've been talking about for a couple months. If he's available when Brandon Beane is on the clock, Grant is firmly going to be one of the top options on the Buffalo board.
