The Las Vegas Raiders are once again changing regimes. Now, a regime change is not just when you get a new head coach. But, you also have to get a new head coach and a new general manager. Anytime there is a new paring of the two, that counts as a new regime.
When the Las Vegas Raiders fired Antonio Pierce earlier this week, several insiders made it known that the Raiders would retain general manager Tom Telesco. On Thursday, news broke that that was not the case.
According to several insiders around the league, the Raiders are firing Telesco, with Tashan Reed of The Athletic reporting that Tom Brady, a minority owner, was the main one to make the decision. And, Owner Mark Davis is letting him take the reigns.
The Raiders will now be in the market for a new head coach and a new general manager. In terms of their head coach search, at the moment of writing this, there have been five names added to the head coach list that the Raiders want to interview.

Only time will tell.
