The Philadelphia Eagles got off to a hot start during the NFC Championship Game against the Washington Commanders after running back Saquon Barkley ran for a 60-yard touchdown on Philly's first drive.
Seconds after the play, Eagles legend Jason Kelce sent a message to the league that needed no explanation.
"MVP," Kelce wrote on X/Twitter.
What makes Barkley's play even better is that the Eagles answered Jayden Daniels' and Washington's 18-play and 7-minute first drive of the game for three points with one play in 18 seconds to take the early lead.
Barkley, who is a finalist for the 2024 MVP award, now owns 22% of the NFL's 50-plus yard runs this season.
A running back has not won the NFL MVP award since Minnesota Vikings' Adrian Peterson in 2012, but Barkley's case is hard to ignore.
He leads all running backs at halftime of the NFC championship matchup with 85 yards and two scores on nine carries.
The Birds are up 27-15.
