- T.J. Watt: Watt suffered a low ankle injury on Sunday and was unable to return to the game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Watt was not seen in the early portion of practice on Tuesday, but Mike Tomlin is optimistic about his availability this Sunday. Watt was seen warming up in the early portion of practice on Wednesday and was upgraded to a limited participant. On Thursday, Watt was deemed a full participant and he’s ready for Saturday
- George Pickens: Pickens made his return to practice on Tuesday, taking on work in a light capacity as he warmed up during individual drills and taking on position-specific work. It's a small step but a positive one for his return after missing the last two games. It was a similar day of work on Wednesday, with Pickens going as far as to crack jokes with the training staff. However, he was still listed as a nonparticipant, making his return doubtful. That was confirmed on Thursday, with Pickens officially ruled out for the Ravens game
- Justin Fields: Fields injured his abdomen on a play where he took a hit on a QB carry and was noted as part of the postgame injury update from Coach Tomlin. He was not seen and noted as a DNP. On Wednesday, Fields still didn't practice and he was ruled Out after the same thing occurred on Thursday
- Donte Jackson: Jackson while excellent in his first season in Pittsburgh, has frequented the injury report and hurt his back against the Eagles on Sunday. On Wednesday, Jackson was still out then on Thursday, Jackson was ruled questionable for the Ravens game
- Larry Ogunjobi: The big man was back at practice after injuring his groin and failing to return to action against the Cleveland Browns, which costs him the Eagles game. On Wednesday, Ogunjobi remained in a limited capacity and followed that up with a another, making him questionable for Saturday
- DeShon Elliott: One of the tone-setters and best safeties on the back end of the defense, Elliott's presence was missed against Philly, and given his history with Derrick Henry and the Ravens, he will be motivated to get back to work. That much was proven on Wednesday when Elliott was seen in the early portion of practice. He was still listed as a nonparticipant however and heads into the Ravens game as doubtful
