The Kansas City Chiefs and Cleveland Browns have completed their first practice session ahead of their Week 15 game.

The Chiefs continue to have substantial injury concerns surrounding their offensive line situation. While he's not been ruled out of the contest yet, new LT D.J. Humphries sat out of the week's first practice session ahead of Sunday's game due to a hamstring injury. He's not the only offensive lineman ailing for Kansas City, though.

Additionally, Chiefs starting K Harrison Butker is back at practice after a brief four-game stay on injured reserve. Whether or not he'll return and play against the Browns in Week 15.

Here's a look at the first injury reports for both teams for Week 15's game on Sunday.

Observations:

  • Jawaan Taylor remains on the injury report with a knee injury. He was limited in one practice session last week as well.
  • Trey Smith is dealing with an illness. It's the time of year that seasonal illness can be a problem (and something is going around the locker room in K.C.).
  • Chiefs CB Joshua Williams is not dealing with a head injury, but rather a chest injury.
  • No setbacks for DE Charles Omenihu after his first two weeks back from injury.
