O'Connell said this about Pace on Monday.
"We will open up Ivan paces window to begin practicing. Very excited about that. We'll see how he progresses, and coming off of a hamstring, you just, you never quite know. During his career, Thomas played in 42 games with 11 starts. In those games, Thomas has two interceptions, 1 fumble recovery, 12 passes defended, 61 tackles and 1.0 tackles for loss.
The one element to keep an eye on is the Indianapolis Colts claimed him off of waivers but he failed his physical with them, making him a free agent. There is a chance that he could fail his with the Vikings.
