Week 12 was just what the doctor ordered for the Cleveland Browns to feel a bit better about their season despite being a 3-8 team still. Anytime the Browns can beat the Steelers, it is a big win for the franchise.

One storyline from the game was the antics of Steelers WR George Pickens. On the final play of the game, Pickens was more worried about fighting with Browns CB Greg Newsome II, than trying to win the game for his team.

Following the 24-19 win for the Browns, Newsome took to X (Twitter) to reveal his feelings about Pickens.

Newsome has struggled a bunch this season but he and the Browns defense showed up in this one. Pickens was held to four catches for 48 yards against the Browns and didn’t do much past his 31-yard catch. Newsome finished with three tackles for the Browns defense.

“Yeah, he’s a fake tough guy,” Newsome said after the game. “He does a lot of that. The antics and stuff. Yeah, he didn’t even go up for the ball.”

Pickens left the game against the Browns feeling a little bitter about the outcome and spoke out about it. The former Georgia standout even pointed to an excuse.

"Conditions played a huge, huge part in today's game," said Pickens after the game. "I don't really think the Cleveland Browns are a good team at all. I think the conditions saved them today."

Still, the game had to be played and the Browns came out on top. The snow was crazy in the second half, but both teams had to play in the same elements. These two teams will play again in two weeks, so expect the talk to continue.
