Is 2025 5-star Tennessee Vols commit David Sanders Jr going to flip his commitment to Ohio State?

That's one of the biggest questions on Rocky Top right now after Sanders took a surprise visit to Ohio State last weekend for the Buckeyes' win against Indiana.

Sanders, the No. 1 offensive lineman in the nation, has been committed to Tennessee since August. But with the early signing period coming up next month, the Charlotte, NC native is making sure he makes the right decision before signing his name on the dotted line.

For now, it feels like this recruiting battle could go either way.

Vols fans, however, are hoping that a photo that Sanders posted to his Instagram story on Thanksgiving Day is a good sign.

Sanders posted a photo of a plate of food on Thursday with the caption "thankful". The five-star recruit is wearing a pair of Vols slides in the photo.

Some Vols fans are taking that photo as a good sign for Tennessee.

It's worth pointing out, however, that Sanders posted a photo of himself wearing Ohio State gear in late July, just a few weeks before committing to Tennessee.

Ultimately, I'm not sure we can glean too much from what a recruit wears in a social media post. Unfortunately for Vols and Buckeyes fans, we're just going to have to wait until Sanders makes an official announcement (or signs with a program) before we know for sure where he'll be playing college football next fall.
