The Denver Broncos have a player in the news. This time, it's not good.

Josh Reynolds, one of their free-agent acquisitions who played for the Detroit Lions last season, is now injured, and likely won't play this weekend against the Carolina Panthers.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Reynolds was involved in a local shooting in Denver. It is being reported that he is indeed the victim in this incident.

Here is the statement on the matter:

“Josh Reynolds was a victim of a shooting on Friday in Denver and received treatment for minor injuries. Out of respect for the legal process, we will defer further comment on this matter to the authorities.”

Reynolds appears to be okay at this time.
