Former Florida Gators star wide receiver Chris Doering, who is now a college football analyst for ESPN/SEC Network, lost a bet thanks to his alma mater's loss to the Tennessee Vols last month.
As a result of the lost bet, Doering had to change his profile picture on X.com/Twitter to himself wearing a Tennessee shirt.
Doering, who played for the Gators from 1991 to 1995 and is a member of the Florida Hall of Fame, tweeted (in reply to former Vols wide receiver Jayson Swain) that he has to keep the profile photo up for a week.

Florida has a rough November schedule coming up. The Gators play the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday before finishing the month with games against Texas, LSU, Ole Miss, and Florida State (the games against Texas and Florida State are on the road).
Doering might want to hold off on making any more Gators-related bets, otherwise it won't be the last time he has to change his profile picture this season.
