The Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers wrapped their final practice sessions on Friday ahead of their upcoming NFL Week 7 Super Bowl LVIII rematch.

After a bit of a scare on Thursday, Chiefs HC Andy Reid alleviated worries surrounding WR JuJu Smith-Schuster's injury, who he says suffered a "hamstring spasm."

"Yeah, I think he'll be fine," Reid told reporters.

Asked whether the team could elevate a wide receiver from the practice squad, Reid hasn't made up his mind quite yet. The team's walkthrough on Saturday should be the deciding factor as to whether we see one of Justyn Ross, Nikko Remigio, or Montrell Washington.

"We'll see," Reid said. "I mean, we're gonna list (JuJu Smith-Schuster) as questionable just, just in case something comes up. But he did good today, so we'll see how he does tomorrow, right? But he was good today."

Reid did, however, rule out one player for Week 7 against the 49ers. Check out the final injury reports and game status designations for each team down below. . .

Observations:

  • Ricky Pearsall is expected to be activated from IR and play in Week 7.
  • Anders Carlson will, in fact, get elevated from the 49ers practice squad to kick for them this week. He missed six field goals as a rookie with the Packers last season.
