The Tennessee Vols are around a 15.5 point favorite against the Florida Gators this weekend in Knoxville.

According to ESPN's Greg McElroy, it's the largest margin that Tennessee's been favored by against Florida in 45 years.

Earlier this week, On3's JD Pickell previewed the matchup between Florida and Tennessee. Pickell picked the Vols to win, but he cautioned folks to be leery of the 15.5 point spread.

"It may not be the 40 point outbreak from this (Tennessee) offense where they look how they're supposed to look and you'd like for them to look if you're a Tennessee fan," said Pickell. "If they do, phenomenal. Great. It might be a situation where you gotta take a shovel for four hours to Florida just to find a way to get the job done. So as morbid as that sounds, I think Tennessee does win the football game…I think they end up winning 34-21. So I think they win, [but] hear me clearly — Tennessee/Florida…weird things happen when these logos get together. Do not touch the spread."

I'm not one to offer sports betting advice because, to be quite honest, I'm terrible at it. But I agree with Pickell that weird things happen when Florida and Tennessee get together. If you're into placing wagers, this might be one you should just skip altogether.
