Titans viral video backfires on Tony Pollard
Not the kind of attention the running back was after
NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans (0-3) signed running back Tony Pollard this offseason. In those contests, Pollard has rushed for 158 yards and one score.
On Sunday, Pollard was trending for reasons that had nothing to do with Tennessee's Week 4 date with the Miami Dolphins (1-2).
Titans social media produced a video asking players around the locker room if they'd ever cheated on their barber. It was an excellent concept and the answers from various players were equally good. Pollard, however, was victimized by a bad camera angle.
Now, the running back's hairline is the butt of the Internet's joke.

Pollard chose a three-year, $24 million contract with Tennessee after five seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. He is coming off of a season-worst outing of six carries for 14 yards (2.3 avg) in a 30-14 loss to the Green Bay Packers (2-2). It has been tough sledding for the entire Titans offense in 2024, who are averaging a paltry 16.0 points per game this season.
